  Had the worse customer service on a recent trip here. Bought a pole last year from them. They were very good at taking money off me, but as soon I had a problem with the item a particular member of staff was rude and refused to help. He ended up shouting at me in front of his customers. I ended up getting in contact with the tackle company direct who were very helpful and sorted my problem. I will not be shopping or recommending this place to anyone. Also was looking to purchase a new carp setup on the day. Glad they showed there true colours and i didn't spend my hard earned cash with them. There are plenty of professional tackle dealers out there so i advise to look around.
