  So far, it's taken a month and my oven still isn't repaired. The first appointment I could get was a week after the claim was lodged. Then they rang to say the gas safe engineer who was coming was ill. They offered me another engineer the following day, which wasn't convenient but without a properly-functioning oven, I rearranged things. He turned up and discovered the oven needed a new part - I'd already told them what part was broken when I first called them so why they turned up without it is beyond me. That wasn't in stock, so they had to order it in. A new appointment was made for two weeks later. A day before that, they rang to say the part wasn't in but 'it should be here in the next few days' and the appointment was cancelled. Another week went by and I'd heard nothing. I rang again - the part still wasn't in and I got the same old 'it'll be here early next week' story. To be fair, they did text yesterday (Nov 14) to say the part was in and could I call to remake the booking. Just called them and the best they can offer me is two weeks and one day from now. That'll be six weeks without an oven. Dreadful service - unfortunately I'm stuck with them because they're a preferred contractor of my insurer, Domestic & General - another appalling company.

  Mrs Parker I would like to strongly thank Sheila for the help she gave me sorting out my appointment such great customer service very polite and extremely friendly I don’t normally do things like this but I felt she needed a mention well done Sheila and also to Dave skinner who came and fixed the washing machine very polite and very friendly if I could give more than 5**** to the pair of them I would infact 10******** well done guys and thank you so much
